Many of the employees are single parents struggling to make ends meet already. Healthcare is needed for their children and themselves. They must stay healthy to be able to work.

In addition to barely being able to make ends meet today, how are they supposed to save up the money for retirement? What happens to them when they can no longer work anymore? What happens to their family? It is important they secure some type of retirement.
